As a Latina, I was taught that I had to be flawless and work very hard to prove my self-worth. I spent years working endless hours and sacrificing my balance. I was at the cusp of burnout when I started my journey of discovery…

After a lot of research, I found the real reason why high achieving successful women are feeling burned out, stuck and unfulfilled, holding back from taking on more senior leadership roles. Perfectionism is killing us!

I knew I had to do something and connect with my purpose of making a difference in people’s lives. After 25 years in corporate, moving up the ladder, I decided to launch Arboleda Coaching to help women define success on their terms and develop the courage to get there.

Once I saw the results of my executive coaching programs, I embraced the mission to help organizations reach their DEI, employee retention, and engagement goals. By combining coaching, training, and accountability, I help organizations design, manage, and execute programs that drive the success of their female leaders and their businesses.

With more than 25 years of management, sales, and marketing experience leading multicultural teams as an accomplished Global Senior Executive of a Fortune 500 company, I have the background that gives me the ability to truly promote transformational influence.

I have coached leaders at all levels, from the C-Suite to rising stars. My specialty is working with female and Latinx leaders. My clients reach out to me, looking to take on more advanced roles, boost their self-confidence, and overcome common and essential leadership challenges to increase their influence and impact. I am fully bilingual and provide my coaching services in both English and Spanish.

My coaching style is about creating a safe, relaxed, and open-minded environment. I connect with my clients on both a personal and professional level to help them challenge their status quo, bring out their strengths, sharpen their professional brand, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and move forward with accountability.
